In September of 2020 I bought a 2019 Nissan versa, if I knew then what I know now I would not have bought it. This is the worst car ever I do not like it has so many issues.
RecommendedMike came to my house, checked out the car I was selling and came back the next day with a check. Price he paid was fair. Very easy to deal with. Straight forward. No B S.
Not happy. Went in on Friday and at 8:30 pm made arrangements to return Saturday am at 10 to test drive and take to Nobles Auto for inspection. Showed sales rep Joe my account balance to prove ability to pay cash. Got total price... had enough mattress money and put in bag, appt set at Nobles... got friend to go with me to drive my present van back since any dealer would only offer me an insult for my old 225k mile van. So easy to work with. Did almost everything over the phone. Richard came in on day off to meet us to deliver our car. This place is so easy going not like other dealerships high pressure salesman. I will keep buying from new wave auto customer for life.
I recently saw a 2019 Volvo XC40 on their website. I had been looking for this car because it is very limited since it came out just last year. I spoke with Jordan about the car and he spent a lot of time with me on the phone going over the car answering all my questions. Based on pictures and details on my car they gave me a very fair price for a trade in without going to their showroom. This company sold us a vehicle that was salvaged and didn’t mention anything about it being “Flood Damaged” and on the paper work in comments you will see that below. DO NOT use this company. Contact me for more info.
I purchased a truck at a tent sale and was basically told that they aren't concerned with the representation of their company that was given at this sale. For some reason, I was not able to access the internet while there ( I am not contributing that to their doing) so I was unable to check their facts while there. Salesman Jordan friendly at first. Test drove Nissan Versa, nothing like photo on Inventory, need serious service and repair. I called back several times asked him to give me a call when and if problems resolved. He never reached out or returned phone calls. Don’t waste your time. Lots of overpriced junk.
