In September of 2020 I bought a 2019 Nissan versa, if I knew then what I know now I would not have bought it. This is the worst car ever I do not like it has so many issues.
I bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from the tent in Hollywood, FL. These people are scams, they said if I kept the âNew wave autoâ sticker on my truck, I would get free oil changes and tire rotation, they also said they had allllll these locations to get service at... THATS A LIE. If you buy a car or truck, do not advertise these people. Scotty and Matt Robinson guaranteed me a $300 check because I had a credit card with credit one... still waiting. I feel scammed,I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!! Long story short, I received the flyer in the mail advertising crazy saving and super low prices so I went to check it out... They showed me a truck I liked , said it was low priced at 33k and told me they were able to apply extra discounts on it, assured me I was getting a great deal and they offer me 3k for my trade. I ended up giving 3k down payment + the trade (=6k total value) and so I financed about $26,400 and went home believing it was good deal as they ass... read more
The only reason I gave it 1 star is there is no option for less!!!! Be very careful dealing with these people!!!! They looked me right in the eye and told me my payments would be $360 a month then the manager changed the amount on the contract to $515 a month and snuck it by me without me catching it!!! And of course now won't try to make things right!!!! Personally my advice would be to take a lawyer with you to go over the paperwork if you're going to deal with this company!!!! I didn't even get through the door. First email , insists that they need a phone number to call me, but communication was misspelled... Then the call comes through, loud and won't stop talking. Asked me what I wanted to know, which is my trade value. TOM WAYLON, went on a 5 minute speech how they are giving 20% more for trades this week only.
