I am a fan! A lovely place, and the staff is nice and professional. Mostly, I really value their honest and professional opinion! I went to a dermatologist first to understand how much it costs me to do fillers and botox, they quoted me total 7 syringes and over 5k. I had to wait 1hr1/2 to get help for my eyebrows. Customers kept coming in and they will get help first either way I was their already waiting for the longest. I asked the employee what was going on why were they getting help first she said they called too booked.! So what? I have to call and get booked to get help ? Really disappointed. I went early because I had to work get to my job. I was their yesterday morning at 10am and same girl said to come back in one hour to do my eyebrows and she didn't have no customers. After having some issues with my eyebrow makeup i must say i am pleased with how willing they are to redo the process ....That shows they do care about their clientele. Walked in and was able to make an appt to correct the issue... Thank you
