Unprofessional, questionable practice. Stay clear of New Star Realty.
Great realty! They found me a beautiful new home within a month and the agents were all extremely kind. The agent that was helping me worked tirelessly until we found the perfect home for me! I have been living happily in my new home for 6 months now thanks to New Star Realty and their wonderful agents.
I wish that I could put negative stars for the experience that I have been through with the office. They lack customer service, unethical, and unprofessional. CLAUDIA LEE BRE#01704684 (New Star Realty La Crescenta) was referred to my mom by a friend, and Claudia helped sell my mom's house. I do not know how you recruit your agents. But their behavior is inaxeptable. Agents who do not respond to phone and are completely disrespectful. The New York office is led by an individual named Ahn Sang Moh, which allows yelling, insulting, and hang up the telephone. Is that all offices of your company treat people like that? I would recommend you to interest you more closely the behavior of agetns the New York office, because their behavior is obnoxious! This is intolerable.
