Super happy with my results at New Smile. I used aligners to correct and everything turned out great. While the process took longer than anticipated, Dr. Castagna was patient to achieve the desired results. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. The entire process was very smooth. I highly recommend New Smile Orthodontics, especially for adults looking to improve their smile.
I am really satisfied with my and my family’s experience with Dr. Castagana. He is very great about providing you with options, along with the pros and cons of every decision, so you never feel forced or convinced to move forward with a treatment you don’t want. I’m really happy with the results of my treatment and feel a lot more confident in my smile. His staff are top notch professionals and are always friendly and very responsive to calls and questions.
Professional, efficient, and kind—Dr. Castagna is wonderful. He will tell you everything you need to know with no upselling. His number one concern is your happiness with your results. He tells you what you need in an easy to understand way. I would recommend without hesitation. Also the front desk staff is fabulous and flexible with scheduling appointments too!
From the minute my son entered Dr. Castagna’s office we were treated as a top priority for the past 2 years. The office staff works as a fine oiled machine and made our experience pleasurable and easy. Dr. C has an amazingly light hand and was able to communicate step by step what was expected and properly set expectations. We are grateful that Dr. C and staff were able to help our son have the perfect smile.
I found the whole staff very friendly and professional. Although the head orthodontist, Dr.Castagna, I found to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
