After coming here I will most definitely be coming back! The atmosphere was calming with very down to earth staff. Carrie created a beautiful work of art with simple pictures I had printed out for a tribute to my late mother.

I had such a great experience. It had been a long time since I had gotten a tattoo, so I was a little nervous. Everyone here was so nice & positive and Mikal was great. Even when I was late and feeling stressed about being late for my touch up appointment, she put me at ease. I also love my tattoo. Thank you!

I had the honor of having Erika Kraner do my first tattoo! She was so sweet and comforting about what to expect and what she was doing since it was my first and didn't really know what to expect! My tattoo turned out amazing and I love it so much! If you're ever in Portland head to New Rose and check out Erikas work! Everyone in the shop was super friendly!
