I had a great experience with New Rochelle Motors. Chris was on the ball with everything! All of the formalities were done ahead of time. He negotiated with me on the price and I am cruising around happily in my BENZ
Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS, experience was extremely pleasant. Car was as advertised, great condition. Chris is very professional, straightforward, insightful & accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.
Bought a 2011 DTS 2 months ago from them and nothing but trouble. Constant EVAP code, leaking oil like crazy, one tire constantly losing air, part of the power seat function no longer works and car shimmies on the highway. I wouldn't buy a bag of popcorn from them. Totally disgusted with this car and now selling it for $1500 less than I paid for it just to get rid of it because I can't stand to drive it.
