I told the dentist I was experiencing some pain around the back left molar area of my mouth, and I was concerned I may have a cavity. After reviewing the X-rays, I was told I do not have a cavity and the pain may be a result of an impacted wisdom tooth. Grateful, for this information I started to feel more at ease. The worst customer service! I clearly remember why I hadn't returned to this dentist. The doctor and his receptionist are unmannerly and rude. They spent 15 minutes billing me $5 for a supposed bill dating JULY 2011. Now I clearly remember why I visited other dentists. Nasty people! Unpleasant experience.Still stuck on paper notes. Paid the $5 and didn't bother to stay for my appointment.
