The staff is absolutely amazing. Never liked the dentist until i startes going here. Always telling you whats going to happen and they make you feel comfortable!

I have been with New Richmond from the beginning...they are an outstanding group. Everyone in the office makes you feel special. Dr. Tietz will give you options and listens to my concerns. I have recommended this dental office to all my friends and family!
Had to choose a new dentist when I moved to town. Waited too long and first visit was a year and a half from my last one. No one lectured me, the staff was friendly and Brittany did a great job with the xrays and cleaning. Highly recommend.
The staff are absolutely wonderful here! My timid, young kids sitting in those big chairs for their first dental visits, never even realized how initimidating all those tools could actually be. BECAUSE they knew exactly how to make my kids feel comfortable. They actuially enjoyed gong to the dentist! We have had nothing but great experiences here. The front desk greets you by your name when you walk in, are genuine and accomodating.Highly recommend NR dental for families.
They are fast and friendly. The fireplace is a nice bonus also.
