RecommendedAll of the staff are very friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable during the procedure I had done..The doctor and assistant I had were awesome. This was my first time there, and not being a fan of going to the dentist,my experience was by far the best then it's ever been
The doctor I had was very caring and patient. She was very concerned that I feel as little pain as possible. There is always pain with a novocaine shot but she helped make it as painless as possible. Both she and the dental assistant were great. They made a difficult dental surgery go well. The front staff are also great and upfront about cost.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Made sure all my questions were answered.
A huge thank you to New Richmond Dental for taking such good care of Stella today! I am so thankful that she had such a great experience. A filling “could” be an awfully unpleasant experience, but not for her today. I’m almost afraid she wants to come back for more.

I picked this dental office based on excellent reviews & was extremely pleased. all staff are very pleasant. they use the latest instruments & techniques. they explain everything first before they perform each step & keep asking if you're doing ok. I found my new dental office!
Dr Tietz and his staff are wonderful
To say that Dr. T and Nicole went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year with my son. He is 7 and had an infection in his gums. He was terrified and Dr. T and Nicole were so patient and understanding of his needs. thank you for making a terrible situation as comfortable as you did.
