i love that they are never trying to over sell me products or services. i never feel they are escalating my procedures or pushing services on me that are not necessarily needed. On top of that they are kind, gentle and care about me. Today i asked for a blanket, she warmed it up abs offered me a warm neck pillow. going the extra step of care.
I recently had to make a decision about having a dental procedure done and wasn’t sure what to do. Everyone I came into contact with understood my dilemma and helped me so much. They made me feel so comfortable during the procedure and things went very well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Such a great place! They did so well with my son who has sensory issues. He had a great experience at the dentist today, I can't give enough praise for the staff at new richmond dental!
This place and these people are amazing! My husband and I just started coming here about six months ago and they treated both of us like family. But, today, I brought our almost 2y/o daughter in, and they greeted her like it was her day! Britany(sp?) was so great and patient with her. Wonderful!!!
