They stay true to their creative take on Japanese cuisine. Wonderful hospitality, a great atmosphere, and a really enjoyable experience overall.
Tried New Retro for the first time on Monday. Great place for solo dining. Would 100% recommend the tasting menu and beef tartare.
My favourite share-plates style bar in the city. Everything from the apps to the finishers are A+ flavours! Come if you want to lose track of time in a place that feels like a mini escape. Pro tip: sit at the bar to watch the chefs do their magic.
AMAZING food!!!!! the tasting menu was sooo worth it and the asahi draft was so good coming back!!
