I had a really disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The customer service was unacceptable, especially from the woman at reception. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Good service starts at the front desk, and unfortunately this clinic fails at that. I would not recommend coming here if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism. There are plenty of other clinics that treat their patients with respect — I suggest going elsewhere.
My go to dentist for regular checkups and looking after my implants. Would highly recommend.
Stay away. The receptionist plays with your money and never finds a way to work with insurance and your private healthcare. Very suspicious. Not coming back.
