These guys are excellent. The staff is so helpful and the work they did was great. They replaced our unit and everything went very smoothly.
Whenever we need them, N.E.W. Plumbing & Heating comes to help us. We've been working with them for years and our overall experience has been great. They are highly recommend by all of us at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
The most unethical and ignorant company I have ever dealt with. They do not honor a manufacturer's warranty and charge twice as much for parts than the competition. Your heating and cooling is too important to entrust it in the hands of these criminals.
Poor communication. I called early in the week to arrange for service on a Thursday as it was a day that I could take off work. They called me Wednesday saying that they could come, but I was working out of town that day. I told them again about Thursday and they verified the new work order. On Thursday they didn't show up and didn't call to tell me that they weren't able to make it. I won't use them again.
