initial appointment we sat waiting and four different employees came past us with speaking NOT ONE word-no greeting-to us. Saw the Coordinator and was told after reviewing the history/medical records an appointment would be made. After two plus weeks and not hearing from their office, a call was made today and was told there was an appt missed on 8-13, yet, NO call came before the 13th or since to make contact with "patient" No longer interested in this program-withdrew our name !
