This staff is extremely polite and professional, and the facility is very clean and nicely decorated! The overall environment adds to a pleasant experience for seeing the dentist.
So happy with the experience my child has encountered here with Dr.Kellie I’ve never seen a child so happy about his dentist appointment. Dr.Kellie and crew are amazing help ease any anxiety. Most important they educate the child and parent on how to keep a healthy smile .
I love the office and staff here at New Orleans Childrens Dental Center! They are the most kind and experienced with children in the dental setting. The staff is very comforting to my child which makes for a great experience. The staff is amazing with the billing aspects and has helped me to navigate my insurance to make sure that my surgery was covered and then helped me to resolve my issues with insurance. Amazing service that you do not find at other offices. This makes it easy when facing surgery with your child.
Always a good experience! Naturally my toddler is fussy about going to the dentist but they staff is so patient and understanding! And Dr. Kellie is the BEST! Love all the ladies in the office!
From the bottom of my heart, I am so glad that New Orleans Children’s Dentistry exists.Children can be so afraid of dentists that the experience can be terrifying. That is not the case with the amazing doctors here. Everyone in their staff is on the same page. Their goal is to promote dental care, education, and to create a comfortable fun experience for every child who walks through that door. I love this office and staff! Very polite, helpful and caring. Coming from a very bad experience a couple of years ago with my kids. Dr Kellie was recommended by one of my Co workers. One of the best decisions I’ve made. She has regained my kids and I trust in dentist. With living on the Westbank people always tell me why do you drive across the river to dentist. My kids love Dr. Kellie and her staff! My kids are always comfortable and at ease, the staff takes time to assure that all questions are answered, and everyone leaves happy and within a reasonable amount of time! I can’t say enough good things about them!
