My son was terrified of the dentist. When we walked in he immediately tried to make a run for it. The staff was so patient and took their time to ease him into the visit. When we got home he wanted to play dentist. If you have a scared kiddo this is the place for you.
I have never really liked this dentist. They refused to schedule around my toddlers naps, saying that little kids do better if they come in before 9am. Well my son needs Nap at that time, so he's definitely not going to be cool if he's overtired missing his nap. We ended up taking both of our sons there anyway because they get such good reviews and our friends recommended them. I've always found them very condescending in the way they talk to me. It's a great place to go unless your 8 year old has an anxiety disorder (not just about the dentist). They have been informed of my son's problems with textures and things being in his mouth and general anxiety. This child has been through multiple surgeries which has been traumatic for everyone in the family. My husband took my son to an appt for a cleaning and checkup. We have been going here for 7 years.
