It was amazing meeting everyone! You were all quite wonderful! From Taylor who greets you with a friendly smile and voice to London who completely calmed my baby down and made him OK! And then Dr.Kellie, who spoke to my baby like he was hers! She wanted to him to be calm and ok and know what was going on! Thank you all for that! I was a nervous wreck, so the fact that he was ok and laughing helped a lot! Thanks again! Sooo happy that we went with New Orleans Childrens Dental!
I've been going here for years for my daughter and just got my sons first check up. The staff is patient and very good with kids. The facility is nice, with Disney movies at the chairs etc. I highly recommend this dentist for kids.
My daughter was very nervous and did not want to have her teeth cleaned, but Ms. Abby helped to ease her mind. She is already looking forward to her next appointment! Thanks to the awesome doctors and staff. You all made a very nervous patient and apprehensive parent leave feeling relieved and looking forward to the next appointment!
My daughter had a filling and a crown done today and I can't believe how quickly and smoothly it went! Dr. Kellie was amazing with my daughter. Molly was actually laughing and had no problem with the procedure. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience today and all of our experiences at New Orleans Children's Dental!
What an amazing place! Thanks to Dr. Kellie and Ms. Abby for an awesome experience today for my son. From the friendly ladies at the front desk, your child friendly explanations, sweet and positive demeanors, sparkling office, the fun "goodies"...it was all positive and we left smiling and happy. My son is asking when he gets to come back and his exact words were "that was so fun! Dr. Kellie and Ms. Abby are super nice!" Thank you!!!
We initially went to NOCDC because they were close to home, but we have stayed because they are amazing! Everyone there is super friendly and caring. The office is clean, fun and inviting. My kids LOOK FORWARD to their visits! My son is sad that he won't get to go back for 6 mos. Yesterday my daughter had 4 teeth extracted and the process was so calming and educational for her, she didn't have a single problem during it all. I never thought my kids would love the dentist so much!
I love everyone at this office! They are always so friendly and considerate! My children actually look forward to going to the dentist. I'll gladly continue driving from across the lake for this excellent dental care.
Read the review from Mandy Melancon Cortez regarding the shameful behavior of Dr. Cavallino and her staff regarding the scared six year old. NO PARENT CAN BE REMOVED FROM A CHILD'S ROOM and that awful dentist knows it. AN OFFICE MANAGER HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO ALL COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY whether she believes the complaint or not. NO DENTIST/DOCTOR SHOULD RUSH ANY APPOINTMENT. Since I work for a very busy Metairie pediatrician, I will spread the word.
