A call was made a little before 4AM this morning, and our power was on within an hour! We rarely have outages and I am thankful for the quick service! And a huge thanks to the linemen who had to brave the bitter cold temp!
I've been with New-Mac 30+ years!!! Newmac is always on top of things!! All their people are kind in answering questions or helping customers with billing or outages. Their linemen risk their lives during storms and blizzards to help each and every one of us and still smile when they come to your home. THANK YOU for all you do!! KEEP SAFE and THANK YOU! Too bad you are not appreciated a little bit more for the dangers you face daily to keep our power on.
