They won't help you when you ask for it. It says if you have trouble paying your bill call for assistance. Then tell you they can't help. So much for customers being part owners.

In the 4 years we have been at this address we seldom lose power unlike others in town. We love this Service.
I have only been with them for a couple of years now... I love how friendly everyone is and if you need help thy are there for you.... we lost power and so did a whole lot of people and they had it ba k on within 3 hours ( that includes everyone in the 20mile).....I really appreciate the workers how have to be there and instead of with there family's means allot to me and my family.....

We've been with New Mac for almost 37 years. Each year the customer service gets BETTER! We live out in the boonies and we hardly ever lose power but on the rare occasions when it does happen I call New Mac give the dispatcher my information and within an hour our electricity is always back on...we are very impressed! So glad we didn't switch to Empire when we had the chance, when our neighbors that do have Empire have an outage they are without power for days! THANK YOU NEW MAC!
