New-Mac takes advantage of the fact that they have a monopoly. They have awful customer service, they never let us know in advance about planned outages, we loose power all the time, and they never apologize for any mistakes they make. Worst electric service I have ever had.

THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!! I've always kept my bills paid (all of them) then on my 12th monthly payment to this company I was a couple days late because I was 400+ miles away with my sister in the hospital. Sooo, I went in to explain the situation and pay my bill where I was assured that it would be just fine and I would still get my deposits back ($550.00) . by the time my next bill came in I was in Oklahoma on vacation comforted with the peace of mind that I didn't need to worry about my bills and was able to enjoy... read more
