Dr. Merrill filled a small cavity for me without Novocain. He was gentle and patient. The experience was awesome! No pain and no numbness from the Novocain! I was very pleased with the experience! I have been a patient of New London dental for at least 10 years. I go to the dentist every 6 months which I believe is critical for good oral health. Good experience very time!

All the staff is friendly, helpful and down to earth! They make going to the dentist easy! Dr. Merril makes it easy to get work done even after other places made me nervous.
I was greeted by name whenI walked into the office. There was no waiting. Everyone was very kind and also very professional. The procedure was explained and there were two follow-up calls. One from Dr. Merrill and one from the office staff. A very good experience.

I have been going to New London Dental for over 10 years. The care I receive is excellent and very professional. They all have a very caring attitude and I totally trust them to take good care of me. By the way, I travel over 1 hour one way from Akron, but I wouldn't want to go to anyone else!
