Excellent visit
Best Dentist I have ever been to he takes his time explaining what he is going to do. Staff is very friendly. I am very glad I made the switch.
My experience could not have been better. Dr Merrill was considerate of my arthritic jaw, pausing often to give me a break from the discomfort of having to hold my mouth open. The dental assistant took her time and made sure that the filling was comfortable for me. I am very pleased with the service.
I just wanted to express my sincere thanks at the great care the whole staff provides during my checkups. It is a pleasure coming there and knowing that I am getting great dental care. PS....Carol....I hope the dog you rescued works out for you! I am not surprised at your kindness! It shows in the quality of everything you do! You are an amazing lady!!
My teenage daughter told me after her teeth were cleaned "I forgot how much I like this dentist!" He does a great job, and really tries to make every person feel good.
I am very pleased with my experiences at New London Dental. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, but after 4 or 5 visits, I am now not nearly so frightened.

I highly recommend Dr Joshua Merrill and his staff. They were very professional, made me feel welcome and comfortable. The crown is a perfect fit and only required one visit to complete the making and seating. This crown looks and feels like a natural tooth. Best dentist I have ever gone to.
Everything went well & I was comfortable.
