Yesterday I had a very old cap replaced. While I cannot say that it was painless, I acknowledge that Dr. Merrill and his technician were very considerate of managing my pain level. They did a great job of fitting it so that I have no problems with it feeling awkward in my mouth. It was fascinating to watch their new instrument/ computer make the new cap. My ONLY issue is that Dr. Merrill charges significantly more for a cap replacement than other dentists in the area.
They did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to help me with my insurance when they didn't have too. And as far as the dental work goes they do an amazing job! My mouth looks and feels so much better. I will defiantly be going back to them for future work.
Normally when I went to the Dentist I would dwell on it all day just dreading the time to come that I would have to walk in the office, but I noticed I hadn't really thought about it this visit. I have finally found a Dentist & staff that I am comfortable with. They do an excellant job!Thank you!

Visit was very professional and personal at the same time. Personal fears were heard and respected. I was very satisfied. I will return for all future work. Of courses being asleep didn't hurt.
