Clean facility that provides excellent, friendly services.
Before my appointment I was anticipating it would be similar to previous experiences with other dentists, stressful and with an amount of pain. I was very pleasantly surprised, I left relaxed, and for the first time ever, had zero discomfort. Thank you once again, you have a patient for life.
Dr. Merrill and the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Merrill is very caring, explains everything he is doing, answers any questions,very gentle while performing work. I had been looking quite some time to find a dentist that I liked, and now the search is over!
Been to the New London office a couple of times. I dont like going to the dentist but the experience Ive had at the office change my mind Dr Merrill is the best. No pain and no after affects. Office staff is great.

I DO NOT like going to the Dentist! But my experience at New London Dental was GREAT. They were very understanding of my dislike of going to the dentist and concerned that they wouldn't hurt me. Dr. Merrill gave me the shot and 2 fillings and my mouth wasn't even sore the next day like I had experienced before. Also I could'nt even tell when he was drilling other than the sound. GREAT JOB! I will recommend him & his staff.
I had a cracked filling replaced by Dr. Merrill and his staff. The procedure was as pleasant as could be expected. Questions that I had were answered by Dr. Merrill earnestly and were easy to comprehend. From the anesthesia, to the drilling and removal of the old filling through the preparation and replacement filling, there was no pain involved and they were done quickly. I won't hesitate to have this procedure done again if needed.
Everything was great! Before you became a Dentemax dental provider, I went somewhere else for about a year - I NEVER want to do that again!! Thanks for a great dental experience.
