Fantastic little studio in Avon Lake! I love their facility - it is so warm and inviting. The instructors are terrific! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, this studio is very welcoming to students of all sizes and fitness levels. Thinking about trying yoga? Come visit here!

I heard the massages are OK, but can say from first hand experience that the yoga leaves much to be desired. The grumpy owner does not do yoga or seem much interested in it; perhaps that is why there is such high teacher turnover. There seems to be only one teacher left, so you won't get much variety. (Don't buy a package!) The place is dark and depressing, with brown walls and window shades, and it is practically a ghost town which might be good if you want a more private yoga experience.
