I am new to Yoga. I attended my first class last night. The atmosphere at New Life was so calming, and Toby (instructor) made me feel at ease being a newbie. I really enjoyed the class and will continue to attend. If you have ever wanted to try Yoga but are at all nervous about feeling awkward not knowing what to do, this is the class for you! Very comfortable. Plus, everyone else is too focused on what he/she is doing to pay attention to others... I think I love Yoga!! :-)
Such a beautiful space in Avon Lake! Calm and peaceful lighting, clean, tons of props and beverages available for clients...just to name a few things. If you are looking for an energizing power class check out Karen Sunday AM on Wednesday evening. Namaste. �
