NLM would make the national news if you turned off the junk music and allowed us to shop in peace and quiet again. Would it require a consensus vote? Noise pollution..that's all it is.

I've been patronizing NLM since it was the Leon County Food Coop! What a fantastic place! Organic and Local produce, many locally raised foods (raw milk, grassfed beef, free range eggs, Pita Queen pits bread and hummus) and loads of other good food and consumables. It is my go to place for groceries.

I have shopped at New Leaf Market since it first opened. Originally it was named the Leon County Food Co-op. The store has evolved over the years but its mission remains the same. Quality,healthy food at reasonable prices sold in a friendly atmosphere by a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Since it carries everything that I need for a healthy lifestyle, there is no reason for me to shop anywhere else. As well I want to keep my money local and not shop where it is sent to the corporate office somewhere else.

For lunch, a Saturday stir-fry with organic vegetables from New Leaf Market, a co-op. Shitake mushrooms-extraordinary-from Seminole Farms in Bainbridge, GA, cremoni mushrooms too, Chinese cabbage, and some scallions, plus some tofu. New Leaf has by far the best, freshest vegetables I've seen in any store, anywhere. Verdad!
New Leaf is the best place in town for organic or other niche foods and their staff is always very helpful and friendly. Their bakery also makes the best gluten free cake I've ever had! It's better than most normal cakes.
