This place is a fuckin joke! Some stupid ass old man told you one of his dumb punk ass workers to hurry up and finish my car because I was scaring customers when he thought I couldn't hear his old ass! Why cuz I'm tatted up motherfucker! I earned this shit by real PECKERWOODS punk!
I went there once had a good experience - went back a second time and dealt with a different guy and he had an attitude and acted like I was putting him out wanting my car detailed... This is at 9:00am he told me if I wanted it done I couldn't pick it up until 6:00pm that night... I told him I needed it back by 4:00 and with the attitude said 6:00 so I went down the street and made an appointment and they said 4hrs tops... I won't be going back to New image anymore.... Customer service wins over attitude....
i love the place. even fit my truck for the most part they had to hand wash it after i got stuck in the tunnel. but i was impressed they jumped right on it and mad me happy.
I called at 5:08p and the guy on the phone said they were open until 6p if I got there in 15 minutes they could work on my car.... I was there at 5:25 and I walked in and the guy at the register said they had closed at 5p. I simply told him I was told otherwise and that when I need an oil change we will never come here. I packed both of my small kids in to go get my car worked on and totally wasted my time because of some jerk. Not happy at all!

That was wrong of them, we are open till 6:00. I was the one you talked to on the phone the owner! I had just left to mow my lawn at home. Really disappointed. Specifically asked windows be cleaned because I had duct tape residue on one window from a window repair. When the car was done my wheels were still filthy and the residue was still on my window. Was told a "special adhesive remover" would be needed for the window and would cost an additional $15. Guess what? I cleaned the residue off inside and out in under five minutes with a paper towel and generic windex. Probably cost me ten cents. I expressed my great frustration in an earlier review. The manager talked with me and I came back in for a free managers special car wash and got great service today with the tree sap removed and kind words. Thanks for making it right guys!! Suzanne
