My car was broken into so it wasn't the most fun thing to get fixed but my phone tech, Ken, was extremely nice and helpful and had a supervisor double check his order since he was new. It made an unpleasant situation a little brighter! Ken's name, however, is not available in the drop down menu below.

Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process completely, and was accommodating in establishing the date and time that would work for us. The Installers were polite and efficient, and clearly experienced.

I would NOT trust this auto glass dealer if you are looking for an OEM windshield. I specifically asked for the original manufacturer glass to be installed, I waited a week, I was NOT eligible for their $150 rebate since I was ordering OEM. Now a year later, my windshield has cracked and the rubber lining around it has started to come out! I called them about it and was told that I never received an OEM windshield last time. Do NOT trust this place.

terrific job – "We had hail damage recently from a storm to are car from the body to the glass. Knew we needed some star repairs done quick to are windshields before they started to spread. Called several auto glass companies and knew they were probably busy because of the storm, and they were. Came upon new image auto glass. Unlike the other companies, as busy as they were, they still had us an appointment set for the next day and delivered on time. The repairs look great and saved us from future damage.

Windshield hookup – Heard about new image auto glass from a friend. They kept telling me how fast they are to respond, and can possibly get same day service. He was right, not only did they come out same day, but the mobile service was free, and i got cash back for my insurance claim! Totally recommend them.
