I drove and hour and a half to my first appointment here and was refused services due to my insurance card being digital. At no point when confirming the appointment was I told I had to have a hard copy. I was told by the receptionist that most companies are going to digital cards now, so one would assume this would be information they might share with patients when making and confirming an appointment.

I have been coming here for years, and the staff have ALWAYS been kind and courteous to EVERYONE. I'm a lesbian and my wife goes to every appointment with me and they love the both of us, and I can't imagine ANY of the staff EVER being anything but nice to anyone. They get you in as quick as possible, but this is a Dr office and hurry up and wait is the name of the game at any office. I’ve been coming here to see Dr Gibbons for a few years now. I have a real fear of the doctor but she always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. She always listens to me and answers all my questions. Krystal always seems to really care about you and what’s going on. I’m so glad I found her because I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else.
