My husband and I had the worst experience with New Holland's service center! The one main employee we were in contact with that works at scheduling and working with Jeeps, Jen Konefal was one of the many reasons we were dissatisfied. From day one she was unprofessional, full of attitude and unpleasant. Our company just bought 2 new vehicles. A 2015 Ford Transit MR Van and a 2014 F-150 STX Super crew. We worked with Scott Carvel and Tommy Davis, they were a great team. They went up and beyond to make the whole experience great. They needed to locate our vehicles from other dealerships, because of our specific color needs. They worked with our schedule and even delivered the vehicles to our office, so we could complete all the paperwork at our convenience. We recently purchased a used suv from new holland auto. Dan was awesome and we had a great experience! We were dreading buying a new car but with the laid back atmosphere it wasn't as bad afterall :)

I give this place one star because they have the worse service department in the world my work truck has been there for over a week now and they don't know there asshole from the elbow. And there service tech don't know shit.

We are not the easiest family to work with and Jason did an excellent job. He took us for who we were and worked very hard to get us the Truck we wanted. I really dislike buying a car and this wasn't bad at all, the entire team we dealt with was great. I didn't even mind Mike in the finance department..LOL..signing the papers is usually the worst part and Mike made it a good experience. Our twin girl's were well taken care of while we took care of business. Thank you Jason and Mike you guys were Awesome!

So I bought a used car with 11,411 miles on it two weeks ago from new holland auto had dry rot tires on it yeah they replaced with brand new tires for me today but were very careless about it and scratched my wheels very badly all of them which were perfect condition before taking in
