We bought a used car with a lot of miles. At most places you might worry about what you're getting--not at New Holland. Ben showed us the complete history and all the work the dealership did on the car. The price was right, too. Excellent experience in every way. 5 stars!

The salesman who helped me find a"new" car was very helpful. Jerry took his time showing me several autos. After test driving a few, I drove off the lot with a Ford Fusion. Jerry made the whole process very easy. I would not hesitate going there again.
Our lease was up on our car that we were leasing from a dealership in Lancaster. We decided to visit New Holland Auto, specifically to look at the Fusion and the Escape. Jon Newswenger helped us navigate through the options. He works for the Ford side of the house but quickly realized that a Toyota Rav4 made more sense for our needs, in terms of options and budget. He was patient, honest and made the process easy. So far the customer service has been excellent!
It was a very good experience. My car broke down mid day and 5 hours later I left with a car that I know is not going to leave me high and dry for years to come. Steven was awesome and patient and helped give me insight that I had never had before. An overall good experience!
