Our sales person lied to us and lead us to believe we were approved for a loan. Quoted us monthly payments,held a check for down payment and suggested we open an insurance policy on the vehicle. A day before we were to pick up the car she switched up the down payment and monthly payment quote and we were left with an insurance policy on a vehicle we didn't own. Thank you for waisting our time.
Best car buying experience ever. Aaron flickinger was the best salesman i ever had. He was polite not pushy listened to what I wanted and was very fair in the deal. Best salesman ever! Always smiling and very helpful. Gotta ask for Aaron!
This was my first time dealing with New Holland Autocare. I inherited my late father's 2004 Ford Expedition and it just turned 100,000 miles and needed service. Called up and asked for service and was given Jeffrey Lizotte to speak with. Jeff is awesome! He was very patient and answered my questions with a smile. I am thoroughly happy with the service that I received and they even washed and I think vacuumed the floor in the front and delivered my vehicle to me where I work. Best car dealer ever I have ever been to and the sales people are very helpful
It was a three hour drive for me to see the truck. It was worth every minute. Truck was exactly what they said it was. They gave me a very fair price for my trade. Jeremiah, my salesman, and Tim, sales manager, were great to work with...not the typical car salesmen. They were very low pressure, respectful of my wishes and made me feel like I was a valuable customer. Without a doubt, the best I've ever worked with. I will definitely go back to New Holland Auto when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
bought my first new car here. great staff, everyone was awesome, especially our salesman steven, we had great conversation and he helped us in every way above and beyond, I put him thru a lot and he did everything I asked with the new hi tech things..... it would of taken us a long time to figure out. very courteous and joe was great also. We were there this past Saturday and the entire staff was great, especially our salesman Tom Weaver, we ended up purchasing a 2016 Dodge Dart Limited. We will definitely be buying from them again even if it's 80 miles away. You can't beat their pricing and customer service. Thanks again.
