Good Contractor: We hired New Era to paint the exterior of our house, repair rotted eaves, replace rusted gutters, repair our roof, and replace the front and back doors. They did a good job for us and we will not hesitate to refer them to our relatives and acquaintances. We give them 5 stars for quality work and 4 stars for prices. David & Julie

Great work I hire David and his Crew all the time they did work on the outside of my house and repainted my master bathroom and shower. He and his group are always on time, very reasonable in price, and do great work.

Good Remodeling Company, New Era remodeled my bathroom and did a good job. They replaced the floor tiles, removed the wallpapers and textured and painted the walls, replaced all the old tiles on the shower walls, replaced all the plumbing fixtures, installed a new toilet, scrapped off the ceiling popcorn and textured and painted the ceiling. I love my bathroom! Haylee

A Good Handyman: I hired this company to replace and paint all rotted exterior wood trimmings around my doors and windows. He did a great job. His fee was a bit higher than I expected but was worth it since I'm very satisfied with the quality of work he did. I will hire him again if I need other home repairs. Jill

A Good Painting Company, I hired these guys to paint the exterior of my house and stain my fences. Over all they did a good job, however, they accidently spilled some paint on my backyard lawn. I¿m taking one (1) star off for a bit of sloppiness.

We hired New Era to fix many cracks we had on our eaves, fascia, brick walls, and around our windows. We also asked them to paint the exterior of our house and replace the rotted panels around our chimney. We are very pleased with what they charged us and the good quality work they did for us. I give them 4.5 stars. I take 0.5 stars off because they accidently spilled paint on my favorite rose bush!

My flower bed gardens in front of my house were loaded with weeds. My lawn grasses had crawled into these gardens as well. One weekend, I finally decided to remove the weeds and the grasses myself. It was 100+ degrees and guess what? I gave up after 15 minutes - it was hot like an oven. I called New Era and fortunately he showed up within a few hours. I have two rental houses and have used New Era Remodeling & Repairs three times already. I¿m so please with David Sabet, the owner, that I thought it was about time to give him what he deserves, a great review! He has done electrical, plumbing, roofing, and other general home repairs for my tenants and me and we are all very pleased with his work and fees. He is now my permanent repairman. This is a ¿One-Stop Home Repair Company¿ ¿ they can almost do anything and everything!
