Smooth Operator We hired New Era to replace all of our 10 smoke detectors and install a ceiling fan in our outdoor gazebo. We called him on Saturday and he professionally installed everything next day, on Sunday. He is a smooth operator! We are very pleased with his professionalism and fees.

Very good painting contractor. They removed popcorn ceiling texture, retextured the ceilings, and painted all ceilings for us in a timely manner. They also did several other odd jobs such repairing our rotted patio door, a minor roof leak, re-caulked two (2) bathrooms, and installed two (2) new ceiling fans for us. Professional Contractor, We¿re getting old and living in a house is just too difficult for us. We want to sell our house and move to an apartment.
