My husband runs a heating & air conditioning company, and often he brings junk A/C and Heating parts home and stores them in our backyard. Our backyard looked like a junkyard and I was fed up with it. So, we decided to build two (2) fence walls with two (2) gates between our house and the neighbor's house so my husband could store his junk there on temporary bases. We wanted to remodel our house and get it ready for sale. We contacted 3 remodeling companies and finally selected New Era Remodeling. They were very courteous and answered our questions in details. We asked them to give us several estimates separately because we had a limited budget for this project. One word sums up our experience with David and the team - PROFESSIONAL. David kept us informed throughout the entire project. Each day his team was on time and returned our home as "it was" upon leaving each day. The painting and repairs turned out nice. We would recommend to our friends! The work performed included: painting (faux finish), shower and tub repair, and window leak repair. Fair prices and quality work.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! New Era replaced 2 of our patio doors and a window. The window and the doors were leaking every time it rained. They were rotted badly beyond repairs. They acted quickly and got the job done perfectly. We hired them again two months later to do some interior and exterior painting. They were very curious and did an excellent job again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs to hire a home improvement company.

I hired New Era Remodeling to clean two of my precious chandeliers at my house. Their serviceman arrived at around 10:00 am and finished the job by around 5:00 pm. He carefully removed, washed, and dried each chandelier crystal piece and reinstalled it. I was amazed by how patiently he completed his work. He truly took pride in his work. I will call this company first for all home repair needs.

They installed a gutter system all around our house. They did a good job and they were very friendly. We will use them again for other home improvements soon. We took one (1) star off for the price.

We just hired new era to replace our electric fuse panel. Their licensed electrician and the company owner showed at our house first and they explained the process. They did a great job. The City Inspector also made favorable comments about the quality of work done when he came to inspect the panel to issue a permit for us. Kevin

Roofer, We just bought a house in Plano. The roof had several missing shingles and it was supposed to rain today. We called New Era and they gave us an estimate over the phone. Although their estimate was a bit high, we still hired them to do the job. They came quickly and fixed the roof. They were very nice - I give them 4 stars. I took 1 star off for high price.

Remodeling - We have several rental houses around UTA in Arlington. We hired New Era to remodel 2 of them while the student tenants were away for Christmas holidays. They started very quickly, worked double shift every day for 2 weeks until the job was done successfully and on time. They did a superb job. We will hire them again and again as our houses need repairs often.
