Fence Replaced Removed the old fence and installed beautiful new fence. Price was lower than the other 2 bids we receive. Showed up on time every day, cleaned up every day, and gave 1 year written guarantee. David did a great job.

Excellent, high high high performance by David Sabet of New Era Remodeling & Repairs. Recent wind knocked down a part of my fence. I called my son to come and fix it, but he was too busy with his life. He recommended David since he had used his services couple of times in the past. Kind Contractor The ceiling stucco in our house has been bothering me for quit sometimes. We had a long rain couple of weeks ago and surely, our old roof leaked and stained the ceilings. We also had some cracks in the walls and ceilings too. i.e.,Good Engineer My large 22¿x14¿ storage shed was leaning to the side and was about to claps. I called a few contractor and got various conflicting solutions. I only trusted the detailed solution New Era Remodeling & Repairs offered. Their price was about 1/2 to 1/3 of what other contractors wanted and the guy seem to have good engineering background.
