The coffee in the K pods are so much better than the KCups why did you give in? Go back to the KPods or at least offer them for sale online please.
I stopped using the Keruig cups because and switched to yours because yours had the mesh instead of plastic ...my husband brought these home yesterday, w/ the Keruig label & KCUPS!!!! Does everything get bought up by the big bully! TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!! I'm done DOES NOT TASTE THE SAME!!!!

You've just lost a customer and fan! The packaging "redesign" for your New England Breakfast Blend/Medium Roast...from the foil/mesh bag to a standard plastic K-Cup...has altered the wonderful taste of your product (and NOT for the better). I have bought my last box (and I normally use at least one box per week). I expect that lurking behind this change is a driven 'cost-cutter'. So very disappointed that New England Coffee changed their K-cups from the netted bag to all plastic! I will not buy plastic K-cups. #findinganewcoffeebrand

I love New England coffee. There are some really great favors like Boston cream pie, and chocolate cappacino. My favorite is Macadamia Nut! I just wish they carried it at my local stores so I didn't have to pay for shipping. It was sold at Ingles for years, then all of a sudden they stopped carrying it, saying it didn't sell well enough. That's funny though because it was the only one that was ever sold out when it went on sale. Oh well, it is what it is.
