I've been drinking your coffee for quite a few years now. My favorite is a blend of your donut shop and breakfast blend. Best taste ever. Black no creamers ever, thanks.
Best coffee I've had in awhile! Glad to have found it. I've only tried the regular flavor but I'm anxious to try the others!
As many others have already voiced (apparently I'm late to the party), I too am very disappointed in your switch in packaging. I started buying your coffee after noticing your "filter-like" pods. I loved the aroma they created, as well as the elimination of the non-recyclable plastic k-cup. I hope you listen to your customers and return back to the filters. Honestly, after discovering your product, I had hoped other k-cup companies would follow suit and create their own filter pods....apparently you sold out instead.
Best ever coffee for the wake up! Strong flavor and rich in color makes my morning wake wherth it.
I would have given you a 5+, but then I find out that you sold out and converted to the plastic K-cup. I converted to New England Coffee specifically because you were using a higher quality mesh cup for better flavor and it was healthier. That just sucks...
New England has long been my favorite coffee; however, I like many other absolutely hate the plastic k-cup. It severely weakens the flavor. I drink Decaf Colombian and the mesh really allowed a rich flavor to come through. Unfortunately, I'm cancelling my reoccurring order today and will begin to look for another coffee option.

Hi Malika Millican-Tatum as you noticed, we have transitioned to k-cups as they are the single serve packaging most preferred by customers. We can assure you that we still use 100% Arabica beans in our new K-cups pods.
