As a New City resident, I try to support local business whenever possible. The optician that I had used for several years closed his practice and I was in need of new glasses. I found New City Eyes in an on-line search and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Eckstein. The scheduling process was simple and straightforward with no "glitchiness" and I was able to find an appointment time that suited my needs. Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Garbowitz. He made me feel very comfortable and was just an overall great experience. It was about a 45 min wait but I didn't hold it against the office. The doctor made up for it in his attentiveness and an extremely thorough exam. The staff were also extremely courteous, informative and very professional. It was easy to get an appointment via ZocDoc and a followup visit since they have a great variety of office hours. Highly recommend this location!
