Unprofessional and rude
Unprofessional and unsanitary. During pedicure the lady had the nail clipper not sanitized,when she noticed I stared at her she went back of the room and came back with the same dirty nail clipper into the sterilization pouch. We came again about a week ago and told us to choose a color and wait just to end up telling us that we need to wait 45 min becuase appointments were already made. Disgusting
I have been going to New Cici Nails or the past 2 years. They give the BEST spa pedis! They take their time and clean the nails well, do an excellent job with any callous, and give an amazing massage. Jessica, the owner, is very sweet. She does beautiful designs, is very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable.
I love this nail salon they are amazing very friendly people I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
