Secure Cleaning What has impressed me most so far about New Century Maids is the customer service. I felt like the office was always accessible and always in touch with me. It was easy to arrange a cleaning team, the team showed up at my house on time, they were pleasant, hard-working young women, a supervisor came by the house in the early afternoon to check up on how we were getting along. I just generally felt well-looked after and not neglected.

Apartment Cleaning So thorough! It's like my cleaning team just "gets" me. Everything ends up in a logical place and they are always very friendly when I do get to see them (I'm usually at work) It's very hard to find a good cleaning service. I'm very satisfied with the level of attention and quality I've received.

The Sparkle is Blinding! We had NCM crew clean our home recently (a winter version of Spring Cleaning!) and the job was expert, careful, thorough, attentive, efficient, fair-priced and enjoyable! The service was prompt, no-nonsense, responsive and all in all perfect. NCM will be back on a regular basis and we could not be happier. Super fast response. The office staff at NCM did wonders, I needed a cleaning super fast, that very day, it was refreshing to have a company really listen to my needs and understand my dilemma. I received a last minute notice that we were to have company over that very night, I was in a panic which many of you can understand who have three children a husband and pets, my home was not in the greatest of conditions. The ladies that came that day did a super job. New Century Maids you saved the day.

Cleaning for my house Being a single Father is not easy, so the best solution for me was to hire a cleaning company to help me out. They did an astounding job, my girls are very messy ladies but I have noticed that the cleaning crew have been a good influence on them as they see how hard they work and are now trying to keep their rooms clean – not very well but they are trying- Thank You New Century Maids for your help - I now have time for my family.

After party Clean up I had a really big party, and afterwards, the house was really dirty and there was garbage everywhere. I had NCM come over and clean up the mess that was left over. They did a great job. It was like the party never happened. Thanks for all your help!

Move out Cleaning I just used NCM for a move-out cleaning and highly recommend them. The last time I moved, I spent literally 8 hours cleaning to ensure I got my deposit back. This time around, I decided I needed professional help because I didn't have those 8 hours to spare. NCM were friendly, flexible, and easy to coordinate. Excellent Service Great Cleaning Service. We have been using NCM for about 6 months now and we are extremely satisfied. They are reliable and do a very thorough job. The maids even stayed an hour later, to finish up a new request. The best part of New Century Maids is their customer service. It is very rare to find people who really care. The ladies – Kamila & Isabelle call all the time to make sure we are satisfied and happy. Good quality cleaning and great customer service!!
