Been living here over 13 yrs..never paid so much for a 1 bedroom, hard to pay unless u have some gov assistance....hard to find parking...every least I signed the prize jus keeps raising....it's jus ridiculous 🤔....

There is no absolute reason anyone should ever wanna live here. The building is outdated. Nothing is updated. The water pressure is low. Sometimes you turn the water on and no water comes out the washing machines and the laundry and the dryers do not work windows don’t even open and I’m quite sure that is a violation and the looks of the property. You can just tell the building is un kept. The AC in my unit does not work during the day and the light bill is always $300 or more. Please don’t move it to this building.
