No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. Hay insectos. Cucarachas. No botan las basura. No hay limpieza en las áreas. Lavandería sucia y no funciona. No hay Parqueo. Malas condiciones de las viviendas. En fin un pésimo lugar. Y con la renta alta. Las fotos hablan por sí solas

We have been living in this community for 6-7 months and it has been a very disappointing experience. The management and maintenance team do a poor job of keeping the property organized and well-maintained. One of the biggest issues is parking — there are no designated parking spaces for residents, so the parking lot is constantly full. When I say this place is so unorganized I have now been moved out a full 30days an have yet to get any update on if the move out was processed if the unit had been inspected nothing about my deposit refunded absolutely nothing. Was told that by law it takes 30days to process by the property manager at the time an everything would be handled threw email. I don't recommend anyone to live in this condominium, it's very dirty, there are cockroaches. The washing machines don't work and neither do the dryers. The parking lot doesn't touch the subject is horrible, the office staff talk to them or you file a complaint and they don't pay attention to you. The air conditioning doesn't cool well.
