Useless office if you don't need immediate care. Need a tetanus shot and was told that my primary care physician is the only person that can do it, however as I currently don't have one will have to travel to hurricane damaged Bahamas for volunteer work without a tetanus shot. Horrible phone manner too by the staff. Recommend to anyone they use another firm.

I am a single, 60 year-old resident of New Canaan, the town in which this facility is located. I've gone to this facility twice for care and both times I received treatment that is on par - no better or worse - than any of the other facilities of this type that I've been to throughout my life. So why the one-star rating? Well today, Christmas day, I found myself once again in need of urgent care. According to Google this facility is open today - except that it's not. Website says they close at 5 pm, but they locked the door at 4:30 and said they saw their last patient at 4:30. I got there at 4:35 pm. Refused to be treated after driving 30 mins and being in extreme stomach pain. Very unimpressed. Not my idea of professional “immediate care.” Patients should not be refused treatment especially before closing. Maybe list the time you close as the time that you lock the door...

I have been to this walk in clinic several times, and have received such great attention and follow up, they listen to your concerns and are thorough.
