Extremely rude and short with me from the moment I walked in. I also felt like I was purposely overcharged, which made the whole experience even worse. The cleanliness was absolutely appalling. The towels were supposed to be white, but they were visibly stained, including stains that appeared to be blood. On top of that, I watched nail tools and other items being placed directly on the floor and then picked back up. Love this place!!! Best mani/pedi every time. They never rush always take their time, very relaxing atmosphere and the new massage chairs are so nice!!
