I had a consultation with the Dr for a lip tie and possible tongue tie. She provided us with great information and stated it was not a necessary procedure as he’s doing just great otherwise. (He’s 10 months olds and I just noticed it, but wanted it checked to ensure no possible future issues) The receptionist was super friendly as well as the nurse. Thank you!

Dr. Fox's office provided false, misleading and inaccurate information and then billed us a substantial amount after telling us their would be no cost. On top of the shady billing practices, the care provided left my wife in ongoing pain and discomfort, months after care. Definitely would not recommend for anyone looking for a Pain Free Dental Experience. There's a ton of other ethical and competent dentists in the area where you don't have to worry about these issues.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dentist. I was given deceiving service and billing information prior to my appointments. After the appointments I was charged a MUCH higher amount. Dentist was unwilling to correct this error that was made by her office. Treatment provided left me in pain even months after the appointment.

My baby needed a tongue tie fixed and Fox Gentle Dentistry was recommended to us. We are so glad they were. They immediately put us at ease, were upfront and clear about how everything would happen and were so supportive to us as parents and individuals. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

We had our newborns lip and tongue ties revised with Dr. Fox, and are so thankful we did! From scheduling to consultation, through the procedure and follow up (a call the next day and a check up 1 week post), we were very pleased. Dr. Fox was easy to talk to, Vica had a calming presence about her and Michele was perfect with our little guy! I need to be honest, I had major issues from a filling and there was poor communication with staff. It was a run around to try and get a hold of Dr. Fox and in the end, I stopped trying and went elsewhere. UPDATE: I do very much appreciate Dr. Fox making things right by giving me a call and offering refund. I believe she is a very compassionate person and has her patient’s best interests at heart.

I have seen Dr. Fox since she began her practice. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. For someone who has experienced dental phobia previously, their approach has meant so very much to me. Shari, has been fantastic as my dental hygienist. She is extraordinarily caring and knowledgeable. She always checks about my premed, prods me to take better are and to keep appointments. It's made a difference. I've recommended family and friends to the practice. They are equally happy.
