Great experience. Jacqueline is super professional and made me feel very comfortable right from the start. She patiently answered all of my questions and explained the whole process to me. She was super-fast with the laser so the pain was minimal. I watched her do my arm and she was very efficient and practiced with the machine. !FIRST TIME! I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect. Jackie was AWESOME! Super comforting and answered any and all Questions I had and she made me feel 100% comfortable. It didn't hurt half as bad as I expected. Thank you so much for everything. This is a super awesome environment and everyone is extremely friendly!

I was so scared to go in for my first treatment oh my gosh it was so much easier than I expected !!!!! Jacqueline Nash did such a good job ! Mad it is very easy when I was so nervous,and it's more than a job to her you can tell she wants to help people get ink off bodies they don't want! I can't wait to go back I recommend her to all my friends wanting to get a tattoo gone Nice environment extremely clean and welcoming !
