RecommendedHighly recommend new beginning! I was 5 month postpartum and dealing with back, shoulder and neck pain. With x-ray discovered my neck had almost no curve! which was keeping my nervous system in a fight or flight mode. which was interfering with horseback riding and triggering my PTSD. after only 2 visit my anxiety has gone down, to where I'm hardly noticing it. I'm not getting triggered riding anymore and my pain levels along with physical therapy have made a night and day difference!!!! I'm so happy again!

Dr. Tiffany has been so amazing! She helped me during my second pregnancy and it allowed me to work out until 39 weeks! She has also been significant help now during postpartum. I developed plantar fasciitis during my first pregnancy and she has given me a ton of relief from her adjustments. I recommend her to all of my friends and family ❤️
I had never been to a chiropractor before my last pregnancy, but was in so much pain I needed to go. I was scared. Jessica and Dr. Tiffany are AMAZING and put me at ease right away. They explain everything and are so patient and kind. I left feeling like a million bucks. They helped me survive my pregnancy. Dr. Tiffany and Jessica were so helpful throughout my pregnancy and after! I got adjusted regularly throughout pregnancy- which was amazing and had noticeable benefits. I also attended several of their educational courses and now bring my baby with for regular adjustments! I couldn't recommend them more highly. Dr. Tiffany is knowledgeable and works with your individual needs. The office is clean, comfortable, and you'll always be greeted with a personal friendly face!
