Peter Rocks! – Peter did a great job recently. I've visited other salons in the area and haven't been as happy, but Peter took his time and gave me a fantastic haircut. I will definitely be back. The salon itself is very nice and clean inside, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Roger made my day! – Woke up sick and tired of putting my hair back in a ponytail, so googled salons in St. Paul and New Art Salon came up. After reading all of the reviews, I knew I had to make the call. Was fortunate enough to get in the same day with Roger, the owner. He was amazing...asked me questions and then told me what his thoughts were. He dry cut it and it was absolutely incredible to watch my hair transform into a youthful, bouncy cut! 30+ years with Peter – I was introduced to Peter at Horst in Highland in1980 as a college student. Now a 50 year old Sales & Customer Service Specialist, and professional model, I am raving about the amazing abilities of my favorite stylist. My hair requires frequent "pruning" with wirey texture. Peter can make it happen when I need it and is always willing to add a bit of color where needed. Love him!

Go see Peter G.! – If you are looking for an artist to work on your next cut or color, go see Peter Gilliam! Peter does a fantastic job and takes the time to really look at all aspects of his client's hair. He analyzes how it behaves, the color, shape of your face, etc. and makes his best recommendation. He chooses beautiful colors and really cares about how you look when you walk out the door. He truly loves what he does and it shows! Highly recommended! He's the best!

Finally, a great haircut! – As you have heard from others, I also went to this salon based on previous reviews. I specifically chose Peter who had reviewers, old and new, raving about his abilities. And so, I chime in with the same kudos. I have tried several other salons and was always sent to the the least experienced or someone who didn't have a clue how to cut more difficult hair. great salon – I have just moved to this neighborhood because of the school i'm attending here. A couple days ago I was in a mood for change and started to look for salons around the area and found new art salon and I thought their prices were quite reasonable. I went in on short notice and was very lucky to have Peter as my stylist. Not only was he nice, but he really knew what he was doing. Peter Gilliam – I've been having Peter style my hair now for the past 5 months...I found him online just as you are doing. With all his positive reviews I decided to give him a try. Glad I did...this guy is a true professional at what he does! Peter will style my hair exactly how I like, yet he ALWAYS has cool suggestions on doing things to my hair that I never would have considered...he is a true hair "stylist." I highly recommend Peter!
