First time there not a great experience. They did not exfoliate very well or removed dead skin. We paid to have that done. Usually when I get a pedicure, they remove all the dead skin around the nails and exfoliate this was not done. I was not pleased. massage was not great. They use lotion in it. My leg was also wet.
I absolutely love it here! I have been coming here for years. I recently got a pedicure with a French tip. Veena was my nail technician and she did a phenomenal job! I continue to give New Apple Nails & Spa a 10/10!
Austin is amazing. I’m picky about nail shape and prefer a short almond, which is surprisingly hard to get right, but he absolutely nails it every time. His attention to detail is incredible, the salon is always clean and welcoming, and everyone is friendly. My appointments always feel relaxing, especially with the quick shoulder massage at the end. Such a perfect touch. I constantly get compliments on my nails and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
